From the neighboring balconies, the locals greet you with a smile. You stay in Chrysoupoli, a charming small town of just under 9,000 residents, where real Greek life pulses — not only in summer, but all year round. From here you can reach the port city of Kavala, the beach in Keramoti, the island of Thassos, the city of a thousand colors Xanthi, and the Nestos Delta.
Our 45 m² light-filled apartments are designed with natural materials in warm earth and sand tones. Lively, colorful accents give the rooms a special atmosphere. Each apartment is unique and furnished with great attention to detail.
Two apartments, two styles
The Mint Breeze and Blue Aegean apartments are a modern family project in Chrysoupoli (Kavala region) that combines authentic Greek living with calm Mediterranean aesthetics and functional amenities for up to five guests — very much in the spirit of “Modern Greek Living”, since every detail from the first sketch to the last screw was designed by the owner family themselves.
